Re: Polymaker PolyFlex - printable? How?

Such kind of echo is hard to totally avoid. Normally it happens around the direction change points, which is due to speed suddenly changes at those points. If you drop the speed to really low, it can improve the result since it will have no such big acceleration any more. But if it doesn't brother s...

Re: Cura vs IdeaMaker

For the temperature changing based on layer, it is already inside our on-going developing list, you will see it in next version of ideaMaker. Denser Support Layer from Mecha_Monster is also a good suggestion to take a try.

I reseated the connectors on the head and everything instantly started work correctly again. Would you like to attach a picture to share which connector you have check...

Re: templates location in OSX

Firstly, have you confirmed that you have chosen the correct filament and machine type?
Would you like to share a screenshot of the empty template page here?

For the path, that should be correct. Please note, there is a Space between Application and Support.

Re: Beginners questions - because documentation of the N2 is less than poor!

a) For the guide tube, we will recommend to use it only when you find your filament is very ease to be broken during fast movement, since the long tube can provide more protect than in the air. If you don't have such problem during printing, it is not necessary to install the long tube. Attached the...

All the parts were printed by N2 Plus? All by PLA?
Is that out for prototyping or for hobby?

Thanks for sharing your result!

Re: Polymaker PolyFlex - printable? How?

You are using the right nozzle to load PolyFlex? Or the same left nozzle for testing PLA and PolyFlex?
Would recommend you to increase the loading temperature for PolyFlex from 215 to 230.

Re: Software Suggestion - improve 1st layer from support

Have you ever tried dense support layers in ideaMaker? Dense support layer will create some almost solid layers when approaching the model structure.

Re: Polymaker PolyFlex - printable? How?

We have tested PolyFlex on our standard machine before so that ideaMaker has printing profiles for PolyFlex by origin. Does the "jerk" you mentioned when loading mean that the feeding gear jumping backward when feeding the filament into the nozzle? If now, switch back to premium PLA, does ...

Re: Z-position, Vertical and horizontal Offset, Line Support

As I mentioned above, only when there has some structure at the same horizon surface of the support structure, it can have reference to define the distance. Then increasing or decreasing the horizontal offset can show the difference. So that it can work with the oblique cube, because at the same hei...

Re: You like to change a slicing settings and preview it ? Well ! This is what you need:

Requests well noted. We will add this into next version. If you haven't changed the machine type and filament type compared with last slicing, ideaMaker will remember the last profile you used. One exception is when you open an .idea file, it also includes the last profile information when you save ...
