Re: Ideamaker has problems with top infill in some cases

I guess you mean Slic3r?
Would you mind share the gcode file of the same model sliced by Slic3r without similar issue you mentioned above?

Re: 22" tall print stopped printing at 19.75 "s

Did printer head back to home position? Is the touchscreen still able to response to touch?
Have you cut the print process to skip the print now or still let it stay under 38hr remaining status?

Do you still have your original thermocouplers? If so, share some pictures here, it doesn't look the same as V2 thermocoupler.

Re: Fan shroud

As that part is a injection molded one from the very beginning of N series printer, we don't have any print file of it can share. The N series and Pro2 series' hotends are designed with different sizes, not sure whether there is any space for install this fan at right nozzle's position. And there is...

Re: Filament Grind in the hole before reaching the guide tube

We have two batches, one is 6-OD, 4-ID. Another should be 4-OD, not sure about inner diameter, but considering the filament is 1.75mm, the inner diameter should be around 3mm.

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

If you want to replace the tube to be different size, then don't forget replacing the fittings above filament spools holding the tubes.
If you've got tube replaced to 6-OD, 4-ID, then the run-out sensor's tube can be inserted into your new tube directly, as it is with 4-OD.

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Add-on

The remaining print time is calculated based on the estimated print time ideaMaker did when slicing complete. The real print time may have difference comparing with this estimated value, due to acceleration, preheating, resume or other factors caused by different using environment. When print approa...

Re: Ragged top surface

The FFF printing is divided a 3D model into multiple layers by layer height you defined in Z direction. So as I explained above, until the top surface of your model is parallel build plate, or after it being sliced into layers, each layer will end up at some height of your contoured surface.

Would you like to switch the cables on terminals on extruder board to see whether it shows correctly or not?

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

Does the long tubes have enough length to go into the run-out sensor? We didn't take this part into consideration when selling run-out sensor as only a few later batches printers have those tubes by original and we'd prefer not using it unless the filament is very easy to break during quick movement...

As it is cut one model to be multiple separate ones, each one will have own outer shells. Can't guarantee it will show nothing when print completes.

Re: Ragged top surface

It seems the top surface and the bottom surface are not parallel to each other.
No matter you choose top or bottom surface as the top surface, it will have the similar issue on the one is not parallel to build surface.

We still think grey is more stabler for the overall style for ideaMaker UI.
We can consider to intense the grey a little bit but it will be not clear to see the difference when you put the cursor on it.

Re: Filament add on sensor installation issues

The long cable needs to go through the half right side and all the way down to the printer and pass through the bottom into electronic box. You may have extra length, as N2 Plus will need those length for its height. You can leave the extra length in cable tube at the back of your printer and tie wi...

Re: Bug or intentional? - Gap between support and model

It is just because of the different calculation way of Pillar type support and Normal type support.
The Manual Support in menu bar is using Pillar type calculation. You can achieve the same result with not using Manual Support but auto support with Pillar type being selected.

Re: First layer fill issue

If the issue only happens on one side but not the other, either it is due to cooling or poor adhesion which may be caused by unleveled bed or dirt on build surface.

There are five stepper drivers on motion board. The top two are for extruder motors. The top one is for Right Extruder and the one below is for Left Extruder. If you look it closely on board, you can find the terminals have been marked E1 and E0. The drivers may have different color due to different...
