Re: Dual extrusion printing

To align the position of two parts' position to put them together but still two individual parts can be selected to be printed with different nozzles?
Enable Move button and choose Align Together.

Re: Edit support in slicing template?

Pillar is the type developed together with Manual Support which generates supports one by one as a pillar. The Normal type support was the old support type before we developed Manual Support which generates supports layer by layer. Since it can only be created one layer after another layer, it needs...

Re: ideaMaker 3.0-RC Release Note Updated Rev. 3.0.5 2017.12.18

please include in the preview layer or the height of the pause, but in any case to be seen and understandable, even in mm even the layer number, and so the pause turns out works almost like a lottery, it's easy to miss with calculations !!! Do you mean mark the pause point in preview? We will take ...

Re: settings support

The Raft height is not taken into account. And the logic of the height to trigger the pause code is that the pause code will be sent out after the layer whose next layer is higher than or equal to the set value completed. Re: Does not flow well

Has the hotend been taken apart to check whether there is anything side yet? Maybe not fully clogged, still can extrusion a little but can't reach to the full-extrusion level. What about the nozzle cooling fans? Are they keeping on blowing cooling air to the heat sink of the hotend to keep the throa...

Re: Print head not returning to origin after print

If you adjust the global to adjust the center point to match the real center of the build surface, you want lose printing size. Since the real size of build plate is 332mm(X) * 340mm(Y), but the printing size is 305mm*305mm starting from the left front corner. For example, if you adjust the global o...

May I ask more details about the "user error"? In case some others meet the same problem as you meet in the future.

Re: Does not flow well

Do a unclogging first with the metal rod. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-3GuO_eiRA If still not good, then may need to take everything of the hotend apart, burn or bake it to melt the filament inside and then install back to check whether it improves. Watch out the thorat tube, it is very easy to...

Re: Edit support in slicing template?

The pillar size set under Advanced will only take effect when the support type being set to be Pillar type. The Manual support is also the same type as Pillar type. If you set support type to be Pillar under Advanced, you should can get the same result as Manual support with the same settings If pos...

Re: Pause at Height Simple Question

We think calculating by layer is a little bit more confusing than by mm. Since as long as you have changed any settings about layer height, no matter for the first layer or the other layers or layer height in per-layer or per-group settings, the real height carrying out the pause operation will chan...

So this is another request aside of print order?
1. Print one feature with all shells then move to the next to avoid unnecessary travel
2. Alternate Extra Wall

Re: Edit support in slicing template?

I'm so sorry, but you cannot edit the support generating section manually with auto support. BTW, I'm more curious about the reason why the manual support does not work well for you. You were using Create Auto Supports with Manual Support enabled, right? But the front side don't create a continuous ...

Re: Reclaim lost build area

Raise3D Team, I found out today (after many nozzle crashes & horrible noises over the past few weeks) that the binder clips encroach on the effective build area of the machine. I printed a 265mm x 265mm test square (centered to the 305mm x 305mm build area, giving 20mm clearance all around) to ...

Re: Raft Problems

Have you pause this project in the mid?
Have you checked the height of the two nozzles? The right one seems a little lower than the left side one, which may cause nozzle striking.
If you feel any abnormal of your mechanical system, please shoot us a support ticket.
