Re: settings support

Yes, the nuts should be keep at loose state. But if too loose, during the platform moving, you will hear annoying noise from the nuts. So that we will tighten it but loose a little bit, so that it won't create too much noise.

Re: Stuck in Encoutered problem? Press here to enter Safe mode afte extruder removal.

Hi tritium, Normally we would recommend to remove the right hotend/nozzle as the left is considered to be the primary. In any event, as long as the printer has a thermocouple installed you can remove the heater rod if you like. Most of the time it is easy enough to just remove the nozzle only from ...

Re: ideaMaker 3.0-beta Release Note Updated Rev. 3.0.3 2017.11.13

Hi Vicky, I would also like to have the possibility to remove unnecessary printers and some filaments installed by default. I tried to delete them from the XML configuration file but at the launch of ideamaker, they come back and polish the view! We already use a lot of brand and different filament...

Re: settings support

For the first question, we suggest do not move the side cooling fans to code controllable slots. Or as you have seen, the coldend of the nozzle will have no enough cooling air to keep it stay at cool status, filament will go soft too early and stuck inside the throat tube which will be hard to clean...

I just purchased (2) N2 Dual Plus printers and they are both like this also. The fans are extremely loud and full of dust after less than 1 week of use. Same Here ! One of our n2 + has arrived in the same state, see worse! Our old machines that have more than one year old for some do not have as mu...

We have a Screen Lock option under Setting -> Machine -> Privacy and Security.
You can set password there, so that others cannot control the touchscreen after the screen locks.

Do you mean you can't find the new printer under in this page after click Create button in Select Template page? Here is for you to choose a current printing template to copy to here. If your new printer type has no template inside, it won't be shown here. It turns out so it is impossible to just c...

The M112 was designed to be emergency stop code to work with Fast Stop function. But we achieve the Fast Stop function without M112, so we comment it.

Those screws should be loose by default. Normally we will tighten the nuts under manually until we feel some resistance. Then turn back a half round to make them as loose status.

Not sure the 0.4mm one you used is copper one or harden type one. We will more recommend you to print Carbon Fiber with harden type one, or filament may abrade the copper nozzle very soon.

Re: how to check Z stepper driver voltage

Not the same as X&Y, but the same as extruder two. The two for extruder are adjustable a4988, the two for X&Y are TMC2100.
Should be around 0.8V by default.
