I usually use 1 wrap. I also use 2 strips so that there is a sleeve that hangs out over the end you can cut the edges and fold it up and tape it like a present'
Interesting finding: The manufacturer is waiting for new boards and rec that I sanded the boards with fine grit. I sanded with 800 and 16oo grit and white flakes started coming off the plate - My guess is that the hairspray is contaminated with some heavy wax that you can't easily wash off. It accum...

good luck, I wanted to do pneumatic robotics but to get something that flexible it won't print. You may go with thinner wallls but they wont be air tight and will fail. One thought is print then coat the interior with a silicone type covering, not sure how that is done

20171105_172335.jpg The heads are 1/2 the weight. I tried setting speed to 200mm/sec and infill to 300mm/sec. (Actually prints about the same speed as 100mm/sec due to acceleration limits, I think). Did a torture test, 10cmx10cmx1cm 1 shell and layer box. Minimal ringing, fill had a problem but WOW...
