Where do these "pimples" come from?

Where do these "pimples" come from?
They are easy to scrape off, but there remains a slight visual impairment.

for now, can you break the fin on the opposite side so they would be balanced? That would reduce the noise. NO First, I do not want to affect the cooling or provoke a hardware damage, second, I do not damage a 5500€ device not extra. I do not see a direct connection of the fan connector. Do I have ...

Ahhh, if you thought I had something in the fan ... no. He was a bit louder from the beginning.
I do not want to get a free fan with my posting .... if it comes under warranty, nice.
Much more important would be a guide to change and which would be the right one.

Hello, After wondering all the time that my Pro2 + was louder than any of the others I've heard / seen on the internet, I took a close look at my printer ..... Behold ....
