Yes, but at least they seem to have a time frame.
It says:
"We've sold out!
Expect more in 5 weeks"

But then again, it begs the question, 5 weeks from when?

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.10 Release Note 2018.6.5

Right now we have Cisco managed 1Gbps switches at the office. We previously had Netgear 1Gbps unmanaged switches and were having intermittent connection issues. You can read more about the problem here . We are still in the middle of a few large projects so I haven’t upgraded yet plus I haven’t had ...

Re: Touchscreen Firmware 0.9.10 Release Note 2018.6.5

The failure to connect with printer started immediately I upgraded to 0.9.10. I have rolled back to 0.9.7 and still cannot connect to printer. Have you tried to used any of the advanced settings in 0.9.10 to set the Ethernet speed to 100Mbps? If not, I would give this a try. I too thought a firmwar...

Re: Poll - Do you use Ethernet, Wifi or Flash Drive to transfer your files to your Raise3D printer?

I also agree that if we keep the poll going we should now state which printer since there are two series. I initially made the poll to figure out if I was the only person using ethernet and/or the only one with a problem using ethernet. I had my suspicions at the time that my issues were related to ...

Re: Poll - Do you use Ethernet, Wifi or Flash Drive to transfer your files to your Raise3D printer?

Again, the same code, same processor, same PHY Ethernet IC, however minor differences in the actual board itself between the PHY chip and the physical Ethernet jack. And yes, this produced a data point with a different result. Very interesting! Is it the exact same processor? And exact same code, a...

Re: Poll - Do you use Ethernet, Wifi or Flash Drive to transfer your files to your Raise3D printer?

I have been using the Wifi feature, primarily because the ethernet port doesn't work. My company's IT department has everything working on their end and went in to configure the setup to run on our wired network, but it just wouldn't work. Unfortunately as well, per company policy, all USB ports ar...

Re: Improvements by using TMC2130 driver.

I don't think the drivers have anything to do with micro stepping even though the new drivers might do better. It's all about better control of the motors and removing the interpolation issues of Stealthchop1 on the TMC2100 drivers. As for smoothness of rounded surfaces, check you CAD settings. I ha...

Re: Buildtak Flexplate on Pro2

We had been looking for the FlexPlate System since we purchase our N2+ in April, but it wasn't available.
Last Friday, 5/25/18, I received an email from Buildtak letting me know the FlexPlate was now available. Therefore I don't think many people have tried it yet.

Re: Buildtak Impression

Not sure if it’s exactly the same issue but looked similar.
I had that happen a couple of times when trying new settings with a PETG. I think the bed temp was too high for the PETG (90C) and it stuck good, too good. We now use 80C bed and haven’t had those issues anymore.

Vicky, Thanks for the chart! That really helps, especially since you had used the same model switch that our IT is using in-house. mb300sd - Thanks for the information and thoughts about possible settings. Since I still haven't received an answer regarding if making an SSH mod will affect our warran...

Re: N2 bed not leveled at factory

You might get lucky when hot. Ours was perfect when it was cold, got bad when warmed to 60C and really bad when warmed to 80C.

We adjusted it fairly well at 80C but when we run at 60C, it’s off again.

Re: Hello from Belgium

Welcome! There is a lot of good information here on the N1, N2 and N2+ series printer. Currently there is not too much on the Pro2 series since people are just now starting to get them. I'm sure there will be more information as more people begin to use them.

Re: Poll - Do you use Ethernet, Wifi or Flash Drive to transfer your files to your Raise3D printer?

Thanks for the input, it actually does help a lot. When we first got the printer it was working ok. Seemed a bit slow but we had nothing to really judge it against since it was our only printer. Then we updated the firmware and started having problems so we downgraded again. We thought the new firmw...

Re: Poll - Do you use Ethernet, Wifi or Flash Drive to transfer your files to your Raise3D printer?

Thanks to all that have posted. I was hoping to see if others were having issues with Ethernet and it seems that most that have tried it do have issues or at least a slow buggy connection. I believe I have discovered the reason for this Ethernet issue, as documented earlier in this thread. Thanks to...

Re: Extruder switch gcode for Y-splitter (2-into-1 nozzle)

Not sure if it would work for you but I think there are settings in ideaMaker for what you want to do. If you go to edit your slicer settings, then go advanced, then the Gcode Tab, there is a "Extruder Switch Gcode" Tab. In there you can set several items including "extruder_switch_re...

Oh heck, I just realized after looking at the printer in the background, this isn't even a Raise 3D printer . I'm all for helping folks, but come on man, this is your printer crapping out. Not even a fair comparison. Wrong. You're jumping to conclusions with no data. Proof: https://i.imgur.c...
